Such information may be subject to change.

The images, colours and representations shown on the website may not exactly match the final result of the services provided by JWeb.

JWeb reserves the right to unilaterally change the specifications of the services published on this website at any time and without restriction, without this implying any obligation to immediately update the content.

Accordingly, consulting this website does not replace contacting JWeb to confirm availability, technical characteristics, scope and corresponding prices of the services published.

Anyone visiting the website is solely responsible for accessing it and for any use of the information it contains. JWeb is not liable for any consequence, damage or loss that may arise from such access or use of the information. 7.1. Through forms

Without prejudice to the provisions of each form on the website, when Users provide their personal information they expressly authorise JWeb to process that information for the specified purposes.

The User may at any time and free of charge exercise their right of access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction of processing of their personal data by written communication addressed to JWeb, Rua Milho da Ponte n.º 59, 3250-254 Maçãs D. Maria, Portugal, or by email to: info@jweb.pt.

7.2. Through cookies

The User is informed that this website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files installed in the browser of the User's computer in order to record their activity. They send an anonymous identifier that is stored on that computer to allow improved and personalised browsing for that specific User. They may also be used to measure audiences, traffic and browsing parameters, session duration and/or to monitor progress and the number of visits.

JWeb seeks to put in place appropriate mechanisms to obtain the User's authorisation before installing the necessary cookies. Nevertheless, under current legislation it should be understood that (i) the User has given consent if their browser configuration has been changed to disable preventive restrictions on cookies, and (ii) such consent is not required to install cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the User. The User can configure their browser to be notified about the receipt of cookies and to prevent their installation on the system.

However, disabling cookies may change the performance of the website. Some cookies used on this website may not be linked to JWeb, since some pages display content from third-party networks (for example a YouTube video). JWeb cannot control the configuration of these cookies given their third-party origin. If the User wishes to change the configuration preferences for these cookies, they should consult those third-party websites for further information.

7.3. IP addresses and security

The website servers automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the User. IP addresses are a registration number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the internet. All of this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file that allows for future data processing.

The website uses information security methods commonly accepted by the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, in order to prevent unauthorised access to data. To achieve these objectives, the User accepts that JWeb obtains the data for the purpose of authenticating control accesses.

7.4. Protection of personal data

All technical and organisational security measures have been taken to guarantee the protection of your personal data and to prevent its accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, as well as any other form of unlawful processing. These measures take into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed.

In accordance with applicable law, JWeb will retain your personal data only for the period strictly necessary to pursue the purposes of collection or subsequent processing.

Persons under 18 years of age may only provide their personal data on this website after having been duly authorised by their parents or legal guardians.

7.5. Access to social networks

JWeb accepts no responsibility for the information contained on the social networks that the User may access through the website, since they have their own privacy policies outside JWeb's control.

JWeb is fully released from responsibility regarding the proper functioning of those social networks, the accuracy and lawfulness of the content or information that may be accessed, and any damage the User may suffer as a result of using that data.
